Christmas looked like this in our household. Two large boxes arrived just mid December, filled to the brim with a familiar face. Volume 1 in print… Something I did not see possible this year, not after all the drama surrounding printing and printers. However, if Christmas time is not filled with miracles, I don’t know what is…
So, here I am, pre-Christmas, surrounded with paperbacks, trying to tame my jitters and not mess my letters, writing dedication after dedication, thought after thought, wrapping and tying, re-wrapping in some cases, and re-tying… Giving thanks and hoping this little book that took so much time to see the light of day in this format will bring joy and happiness, comfort and peace to all those beautiful souls who believed in it and were eager to get their hands on it.
Have to say, of all the Christmas’ gifts I have been getting this year, this does feel the most special. I can finally say I gave people a handmade gift! Hahaha. Simply beautiful!
So, here’s to Christmas miracles, Christmas gifts and Christmas time, my absolute favourite time of the year and to amazing, magical people that have now this little piece of me in their hands!
From my household to yours, Merry Christmas, darlings! And a Happy New Year!
